<p>NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES – EVENT TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGENOTICE TO TICKET HOLDER
      This ticket (the "Ticket") is a revocable license. By purchasing and/or using this Ticket, the holder of this Ticket (the "Holder") agrees that: (1) the use of such Ticket and admission to the arena or venue ("Venue") and the event ("Event") identified on the Ticket is conditioned upon Holder's agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below, and (2) Holder will inform any guests, companions or other persons who will be using Tickets purchased by or received from Holder that as ticket holders themselves, their own use of such Tickets and admission to the Venue are also conditioned upon their agreement to the terms and conditions below. If this Ticket is lost, stolen, or otherwise displaced, and the Holder does not present the Ticket at the Venue at the time of the Event, the Holder will not be allowed to enter the Venue. It is unlawful to sell or resell Tickets on Venue or adjoining property without written permission as required by Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 42.03. Violation of this ordinance or the resale of tickets in violation of state law (California Penal Code 346) may result in fine, imprisonment or both. THE HOLDER HEREBY ASSUMES ALL RISK OF LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR ILLNESS RESULTING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RISK OF BEING HIT BY A HOCKEY PUCK, HOCKEY STICK, BASKETBALL, TENNIS BALL, FOOTBALL, OR ANY OTHER PIECE OF EQUIPMENT BEING USED FOR THE EVENT, OR BY A PLAYER OR OTHER PARTICIPANT, AND THE RISK OF INJURY DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT OF OTHER SPECTATORS, AND AGREES THAT L.A. ARENA COMPANY, LLC, L.A. ARENA LAND COMPANY, LLC, L.A. ARENA FUNDING, LLC, ANSCHUTZ ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC., NBA AND ITS MEMBER CLUBS, NHL AND ITS MEMBER CLUBS, WNBA AND ITS MEMBER CLUBS, THE PROMOTER(S) AND PERFORMERS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, PLAYERS, MUSICIANS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, PARTNERS, MANAGERS, OWNERS, AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, RELATED ENTITIES, SPONSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND OTHER AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR ILLNESS RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES, AS WELL AS FROM ANY EFFECTS RELATED TO THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS, COVID-19 (INCLUDING ANY VARIANTS), WHICH HAS BEEN DECLARED A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC BY THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, IS EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS, AND IS BELIEVED TO BE SPREAD MAINLY FROM PERSON-TO-PERSON, THE RISK OF WHICH CANNOT BE ELIMINATED BY PRECAUTIONS AND AGREES THAT THE RELEASEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE FOREGOING CAUSES OCCURING AT OR IN CONNECTION WITH ATTENDING THE EVENT.<strong>TO THE EXTENT ENFORCEABLE IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION, HOLDER AND VENUE AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE LITIGATED IN COURT OR ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION; AND, IF THE HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE HOLDER MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE VENUE.</strong>The Holder grants permission to the Releasees to utilize the Holder’s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the Event. The Holder acknowledges and agrees that any commercial or other unauthorized use of any transmission, picture, film, tape, writing, drawing, or other depiction or description of the Event or any of the teams, players, performers or other participants therein, or any of their respective marks or logos is prohibited without prior written approval of the Venue and the teams, players, performers, promoters or other participants involved in the Event, as applicable. The Holder further agrees that the Holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the Event or any portion thereof without prior written approval of the Venue and the teams, players, performers, promoters or other participants involved in the Event, as applicable.</p>
